I'm back!

It's been a little over a year since I put Project EP on hold to pursue higher education. I'm proud to say that within 12 months, I started & finished a graduate degree while working full time.

No more textbooks, case studies, papers, exams or deadlines. As I sit typing this, the affirmation of what I've accomplished still hasn't hit me.

A sense of anticlimactic whiplash fills me, only made better by cold days encouraging me to heal my body & mind through hot tea, sleeping in, healthy eating and good books.

Graduate school required steadfast action....marathon-like energy. When it's over, it's like a treadmill you've been on that you abruptly stop. Your awareness is jarring.

After months of overindulging in coffee to weather an essential increase in brainpower, I sit here with tired eyes and what I can only describe as adrenal fatigue. I'm so excited to slowly get back into songwriting & the pursuance of my harmonic dreams. For now, I'd like to leave you with a playlist I created for my grad school cohort to celebrate our much deserved success in completing the program. Until next time, keep rocking!
